Binder Evaluation #1

Student binders are currently being evaluated for organizational set-up.
Materials

  • 3 inch 3-ring binder
  • 2 or more pens
  • 2 or more pencils
  • 1 or more erasers
  • 1 or more highlighters
  • 1 sharpener
  • 1 zipper pouch


Organization


  • Zipper pouch in front
  • Agenda book
  • 5 plastic subject dividers with pockets -- subject name clearly written on each tab
  • 4 content subject sections arranged according to teacher
    • Mathematics - one subject notebook/composition book
    • Science - one subject notebook/composition book
    • Reading - 4 divider tabs
    • Social Studies - at least 2 divider tabs
  • Assignment Logs behind each subject tab

  • Assignment Log sheet
  • Binder grade sheet
  • Tab for warm-ups
  • Tab for handouts
  • Tab for Cornell notes


Extra Credit


  • Dictionary/Thesaurus
